Shipping policy

1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Origin and delivery times
Our products ship from our supplier's international warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs or other causes beyond our control.
3. Destinations
We only ship to Spain and the rest of the European Union.
4. Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders of €55 or more. For orders under €55: €6.99 to Spain and €8.99 to the rest of the European Union.
5. Taxes and customs
Prices include VAT. Import taxes are handled before shipping, so under normal circumstances you won't have to pay anything when you receive your order.
6. Tracking
When your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to update, and the parcel may pass through several carriers.
7. Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
Contact us and we'll sort it out with a reshipment or a refund, depending on the case.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel or change your order by writing to us before it ships.
